How this was measured
Measured 2026-10-22 (Costa Rica) by node tools/run-dual-accuracy.mjs at commit 815a1421c31150b40c6a3fca527447b7bbb4d220. In-process fixture bundles. Not a live Supabase project and not a customer app.
Requests: 79 on app1-notes, 75 on app2-workspace. Extra fails (checks marked fail whose tag is not in the planted list): app1-notes storage.cross, storage.public; app2-workspace none. They are not misses and not false positives on the planted controls.
Fixture results are not a guarantee on real apps. Webhook and edge-function checks are not in this run.
